When talking about the new single Kasbo says, 'Im really happy to share my new song ‘Snow in Gothenburg’ with you. Prior to this single Kasbo released the track 'Bleed It Out'. The song is about Kasbos hometown of Gothenburg, Sweden. Sad because you choose not to live your life to keep it that way. Kasbo has shared his new track 'Snow In Gothenburg out on Foreign Family Collective/Counter Records. Warm because there’s something very poetic with a person who is naive and believes in so much good in others by nature. The concept is supposed to be equal parts sad and warm. So, therefore, the places we don’t know are the only truly perfect places, because inevitably as your perception touches reality, it becomes flawed. You grow up to travel, work and live to realize how dark and broken the world is rather than the sheltered naive view you had growing up. Or rather, the beauty of a naive unharmed perception of life that comes with viewing the world from your bedroom. The album, to me, is basically about romanticizing the idea of viewing the world from your bedroom window.
